This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, manufacture, and deliver products purchased through our website and other sales channels.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed.
For ready-to-ship products such as throw pillows and other in-stock accessories, orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.
For custom-made furniture, interior products, and made-to-order items, production will begin only after all required information, approvals, and payments have been received.
Customers will receive updates regarding the status of their orders where applicable.
Production & Fulfillment Timelines
Ready-to-Ship Products
Products that are in stock, including selected throw pillows and home accessories, are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery timelines will depend on the customer's location and the chosen delivery method.
Custom-Made Products
Custom-made furniture, bespoke décor items, and interior projects require production time before delivery
Production timelines vary depending on:

2. Order volume
3. Material availability
4. Project complexity
5. Client approval timelines
Estimated production timelines will be communicated to customers before production begins.
Please note that production timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.
Product Availability
While we make every effort to keep product availability information accurate, some products may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.
If an item is out of stock, Ceesando Designs will notify the customer and provide available options, which may include the following:
1. Waiting for restocking
2. Selecting an alternative product
3. Receiving a refund where applicable
