Due to the custom nature of most of our products and services, we maintain a strict refund and return policy to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.

Website Shop Orders

For products purchased directly through the Ceesando Designs online store, customers may request assistance regarding delivery issues, damaged products, or incorrect items received.

To be eligible for review, customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving their order and provide the following:

1. Proof of purchase
2. Order number
3. Photos of the item received
4. Description of the issue


Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom-made furniture
Personalized or made-to-order products
Items damaged through misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery
Products reported outside the 3-day reporting period
Installed furniture or completed interior design services

Incorrect Orders

If a customer receives an item that differs from the product ordered, Ceesando Designs will investigate the issue and may provide the following:

2. Collection and replacement of the incorrect item

Damaged Deliveries
